Position Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with strong analytical skills and proven experience in managing multi-channel marketing campaigns.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business goals.

  • Plan and manage marketing budgets, campaigns, and promotional activities.

  • Oversee content creation, branding, and messaging across all platforms.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and design.

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

  • Monitor and report on campaign performance using KPIs and analytics tools.

  • Manage relationships with agencies, vendors, and partners.

  • Organize and attend industry events, trade shows, and product launches


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Ads, SEO, CRM, email marketing platforms).

  • Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills.

  • Ability to think creatively and analytically.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in [insert industry, e.g., SaaS, FMCG, Healthcare, etc.].

  • Master’s degree or marketing certification will be a plus.

  • Familiarity with data visualization tools and marketing automation software.
