Position Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with strong analytical skills and proven experience in managing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business goals.
Plan and manage marketing budgets, campaigns, and promotional activities.
Oversee content creation, branding, and messaging across all platforms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and design.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Monitor and report on campaign performance using KPIs and analytics tools.
Manage relationships with agencies, vendors, and partners.
Organize and attend industry events, trade shows, and product launches
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Ads, SEO, CRM, email marketing platforms).
Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills.
Ability to think creatively and analytically.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in [insert industry, e.g., SaaS, FMCG, Healthcare, etc.].
Master’s degree or marketing certification will be a plus.
Familiarity with data visualization tools and marketing automation software.
