If you’re a young CA with 2–3 years relevant experience in Big 4, transaction advisory, or startup finance - but more importantly, you’re hungry to move from the back office into the venture capital world - this is the opportunity of a lifetime for you!


This isn’t just another traditional venture capital. We’re a collective of top operators from the D2C space in India funding and enabling new age builders - and we’re looking for a Finance & Strategy Lead to help shape how we operate, invest, and grow.

What You’ll Do:

  • Run the fund back-to-front: Deal execution, structuring, diligence & investor ops

  • Own the numbers: Financial models, MIS, reporting & audit readiness

  • Shape strategy: Work closely with the founder on pipeline, thesis & portfolio insights

  • Be the bridge: Manage investor comms, LP updates & internal systems
  • Build from scratch: Infra, tools, workflows, compliance, governance

This is a 0-1 crash course in venture capital - with full ownership, direct founder access, and high velocity.
